Does anyone have any apps they like and are cost effective for having crew sign in and complete their daily health questionnaire? Most of the options I have found online are designed for permanent offices/businesses and are pricier and may require contracts. Looking for something I can run on a tablet to be mobile and use on location (and ideally something that works without Wifi if possible), that is inexpensive and could work for a 1 day shoot or something that goes for multiple weeks. The best one I have found so far is Sign In Sheet, but it does require an internet connection.
